After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link for each screen saver you ordered. All screensaver(s) are delivered via internet download free of charge. You can select DVD delivery as your shipping option for the following additional charges: $6.75 for U.S., $7.75 for Mexico and Canada and $8.75 for outside North America. If you do not receive your confirmation email with your download links, please let us know right away at the Contact Page . You are encouraged to read our Help before you purchase your screensaver. You are also very strongly encouraged to try the demo screensaver before you buy the registered version.


If you have problems with your order

More than 99% of our customers have no problems at all with download, installation or use of their screensavers. However, in rare cases a customer's download of the screensaver file is incomplete and this is the cause of installation problems. If you are not able to sucessfully download your fully functioning screensaver from the download link provided you, and if you have a download accelerator, you will need to try the download without the accelerator program. Either disable it or download from a browser that does not use the accelerator. If you still need help, please review our Help page for instructions on removal and re-installation of your screen saver or contact us ASAP at the Contact Page.

We work hard to keep our customers satisfied. If there is a problem with your screensaver download or installation, please let us know right away so we can help you. Write to us at the Contact Page for assistance.


Refund / Replacement policy

If we have tried, but failed to resolve a difficulty you may be having with your screen saver, a refund may be issued or a replacement screensaver may be provided. A purchased screensaver may also be exchanged for another screensaver if you dissastisfied with your screensaver or have difficulty with use or installation.

Lutheran and mail to 2852 Willamette Street # 413, Eugene, Oregon 97405. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your screensaver download link via email.
