We work hard to keep our customers satisfied. If there is a problem
with your screen saver download or installation, please let us know
right away so we can help you.
NOTE: If you have written to us and have not received
a reply within 12 hours, please check your "reply to"
email address. We always promptly reply to your emails, usually
within minutes. Invariably when customers ask why we won't write
back it is because we did write back but their "reply to"
email address either was not correct or they had been checking a
different email account looking for our reply. On occasion some
of our customers' ISP accounts have problems for a few days. Hotmail,
yahoo and other free web-based accounts should be checked to make
sure you have not exceeeded your space quota for stored mail. If
you have you will not be able to receive our emails or anyone else's.
